FB just tells their "valued customer" to run an anti-virus application (which does not work) and to change their password (which also does not work). I have sent 2 messages to them asking for help and the only response I got was that I had contacted the wrong group and that I was to follow their directions - run anti-virus software and change my password.</p>VVWed, 04 Nov 2009 21:44:17 -0000
