VV · 1 month agoOh please. FB just tells their "valued customer" to run an anti-virus application (which does not work) and to change their password (which also does not work). I have sent 2 messages to them asking for help and the only response I got was that I had contacted the wrong group and that I was to follow their directions - run anti-virus software and change my password.
